How can I book my apartment with Agenzia Adriatica?

Directly online, on our web site, by calling +39-0431-81345 or by faxing  +39-0431-85252.

Shall I pay a deposit?

Yes, a deposit of 30% of the agreed rental price (50% for a one week staying) is required to secure the booking. It should reach us within 3 days from the booking.

At what time can I pick the apartment keys up on the day of arrival?

Between 16.00 and 19.00 hrs on the day of arrival (unless alternative arrangements have been made)

May I arrive in the morning?

If you prefer travelling at night, by all means pass by the agency in the morning so we can go through all the formalities (documents, information, etc). If you are lucky and the apartment is already cleaned up and ready for occupation, we'll give you the keys straight away. If it's not ready we'll call you on your mobile as soon as it is. If you booked our beach package offer, we’ll give you the beach tickets so your beach day can begin!

Where do I pick the keys of the apartment up?

At the head office of our agency. Agenzia Adriatica. Via Parini, 3 GRADO

At what time do I have to give the keys back on the day of departure?

At our office by 10 a.m.

When do I have to pay the settlement?

At arrival, by credit card (VISA or MASTERCARD) or cash.

How will I find my apartment when I arrive?

If you don’t know where the apartment is, we’ll be glad to accompany you to the apartment!

Are pets allowed?

Normally pets are not allowed. Upon prior agreement with our staff. We can make some exception for little pets.

Will I find my apartment clean and tidy on arrival?

Yes, when we hand over the keys your apartment will be clean and tidy. If you should have any complaints please contact our agency immediately.

Will I find bed linen, towels and a tablecloth?

No, we don't supply the above. The apartment is provided of blankets and pillows.

Will I find kitchenware in the apartment?

Yes, all accommodations are furnished and supplied with pots, plates and cutlery in proportion to the number of beds provided.

Is there in Grado a collection of item for recycling?

In Grado paper, glass and plastic are collected for recycling. All other rubbish is to be thrown in the provided bin in the public streets.

How should I leave the apartment at the end of my stay?

On the day of departure the client should leave the apartment free of rubbish. The floors, bathroom and kitchen should be cleaned up, the fridge switched off, empty and its door open. All kitchen utensils and dishes should be cleaned.
